Texas has long been known to go big and the rainbow bridge at the Jefferson and Orange County line in is one prime example. The bridge is a cantilever bridge that crosses the Neches river and allows the Highway 87 and State Highway 73 to connect Port Arthur in Jefferson County with Bridge City in Orange County. The bridge has an incredibly steep incline that was built in order to allow ships to pass beneath.
