This is a pretty unusual moment recorded in video. A truck rides the rails, towing rail cars! Track mobiles are used to move cars within train yards territory. However, this one gets to the next level! Generally speaking, the average rail car weighs 30 tons! WOW, the truck pulls over 200,000 pounds! It has rail wheels and a raised front axle in order to keep the train on track. The front axle is equipped with regular truck tires and rims. The driver has some great steering skills. Who else could actually keep a truck on the rails? It’s a pretty weird feeling to ride the rails, without even touching the steering wheel, isn’t it?
